The San Jose unit, belonging to Tiendas Caribe chain, will be the first in the province of Holguin to start the electronic commerce in national currency from next May, when customers can access a website and make online purchases from anywhere in this northeastern Cuban territory.

 

Workers from the Hotel and Tourism Labor Union (SNTHT) in Holguin donated almost 10,000 convertible pesos (Cuc) to the program of fight against cancer in 2018, an action repeated every year since the creation of this organization nearly a quarter century ago.

 

The Pedro Sotto Alba nickel plant located in the municipality of Moa, Holguin, currently benefits from technological innovations as internal responses to the production process that also contribute to reduce imports and protect the environment.

 

With the participation of the population and supported by the strategic conception of the War of the whole People, this Sunday was held in the province of Holguin the Territorial Day of Defense, which had the municipality of Rafael Freyre as its main scenario.
