Debates around the thinking and actions of Fidel Castro throughout history were carried out in the colloquium organized by the Cuban Workers Federation in Holguín, on the occasion of the third anniversary of the death of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, on November 25, 2016.

 

Dedicated to International Student Day on November 17, the Young Computer and Electronics Club (JCCE) of Holguín hold a service fair, aimed at promoting their services and products, said Lídice Perdomo, institutional communication specialist at the provincial directorate of this entity.

 

The Botanical Garden of Holguín, located on the outskirts of the eastern city and founded in 1995 constitutes a reference area where the protection of endemic species of flora is boosted through environmental education.

 

The Russian airline Royal Flight opened today a new route with the city of Holguín, coinciding with the peak season of tourism in Cuba, which extends from November to April next year.
