The renovation actions included the request of the guests to incorporate more shaded areas around the pools and in the nearest beach extension, where a club for aquatic activities and a diving center available for all areas of this tourist destination are under construction, said the director.

Likewise, the construction of a lobby-bar in the reception desk and the replacement of the furniture in Villa El Bosque, with the aim to make the reception of guests more pleasant, said Odalis Fonseca, specialist in public relations at the facility.
Works here also included the division of the restaurant into three sections: a specialized restaurant, the buffet and a cafeteria open to the Pedro Díaz Cuello community, adjacent to the facility.
El Mirador de Mayabe, of the Másnatura line, joined the maintenance actions in its service areas on the occasion of the celebration of its 60th anniversary, which includes the reconstruction of the wine cellar, as well as the repair of the peasant's house, the pool and the oldest rooms.
Various tourist facilities in the eastern territory underwent renovation due to their reopening to the international market, which will gradually open, according to the increase in the number of visitors arriving in Cuba.
