Almirante Grand Muthu wins Best Luxury Beach Hotel award

The Gran Muthu Almirante Beach hotel has won the award for Best Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Cuba, at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards, as recognition to the quality of the hotels services in the Guardalavaca Spa.
The “Almirante”, a five-star category that operates under the All Inclusive modality, adds this prestigious global award to 26 other national and international recognitions, including the Travel Choice Tripadvisor (2023), World Luxury Hotel Awards- Luxury Family All-inclusive Hotel and National Vanguard collective of the Hotel and Tourism Union (2024).
The group has also won the international award for environmental management, the French Breeam, which joins those awarded by Citma, based on compliance with the National Program for the elimination of Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer ( SAO). 
Since its opening on November 1, 2021 under a management contract between the Cubanacan hotel group, of the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur) and the Muthu Hotels group of India, the “Almirante” has been distinguished, in addition to its architectural beauty, by its over-compliance of income and contribution plans, which allow you to remunerate its workers throughout the year.
Bárbara Elizabeth Lobet Masferrer, Head of Quality at the “Almirante”, described the occupancy level achieved in both the high and low seasons and added that in the first quarter of 2024 they reached 98 percent, with Canada as the main market.
The Gran Muthu Almirante Beach has 514 rooms, of which 50 belong to the adults-only section, with butler service and personalized services; In addition, its other attributes include its location facing the sea, five swimming pools, one of them with recreational activities for children; bars and nightclubs; restaurants with buffet and specialized tables, gyms and multiple areas for entertainment and physical-recreational activities.
El Gran Muthu Almirante Beach dispone de 514 habitaciones, de ellas 50 pertenecen a la sección solo para adultos, con servicio de mayordomos y servicios personalizados; además entre sus otros atributos se destacan su ubicación frente al mar, cinco piscinas, una de ellas con actividades recreativas para niños; bares y clubes nocturnos; restaurantes con mesa buffet y especializados, gimnasios y múltiples áreas para el entretenimiento y la realización de actividades físicas- recreativas.
