New service benefits liquefied gas customers in Holguín

The home delivery service for liquefied gas customers who purchase the cylinder through the Enzona platform began in recent days in the province of Holguín, as part of the options to boost electronic commerce in this eastern territory.
In its first stage, it will benefit users from the residential area of the main municipality; however, it is intended to extend to other territories as conditions allow it.
This service meets one of the population's demands and also promotes purchases through digital payment gateways, said Yohanna López Díaz, director of the Base Business Unit (UEB) Fuel Marketing.
She added that the strategy has a positive impact on the improvement of services in this modality implemented since 2021, to which the extra cash service was incorporated at the unit's points of sale.
Among the UEB's purchasing options, the Company also provides door-to-door delivery for territories where there are no points of sale yet, after coordination with local governments for the acquisition by residents on the road sections established, the official added.
This entity also has a presence on social platforms such as Telegram and Facebook, through which users can interact and learn about topics of interest related to the service.
Holguín has 32 points of sale for liquefied gas and distribution is carried out in the municipalities of Moa, Antilla, Cueto, Banes, Urbano Noris and the provincial capital, with a distribution schedule that includes the conciliation of daily gas cylinders coming from Santiago de Cuba.
