Gibara Spinning Plant promotes innovation projects

The Inejiro Asanuma Spinning Plant, located in the Holguín municipality of Gibara, Holguín province, carries out innovation projects aimed at improving work in different areas based on the search for beneficial alternatives for the industry.
In this sense, two works from that industry will participate in the national innovation event InterGest 2024 to take place from September 19 to 22, convened by the CIGET information and technological management center of Las Tunas.
The work "The modernization of the spinning process at the Inejiro Asanuma Spinning Company", by the engineers Adolfo Sarmiento Ramos and Dianne Claro Infante, will present the experiences of spinners in the modernization of the spinning process, with emphasis on the conditions created, with great potential for export.
In addition, they seek to promote its value among entrepreneurs, innovators and academics to promote the search for business opportunities, chains and investment, in correspondence with the central axis of the event.
For his part, the engineer Iosvany Segura Leyva, will present his work "Preventive and improvement actions in the context of business organizations", with the aim to share the transformations of the spinning mill, not only in the technological field, but also in terms of organizational structure.
For this purpose, the management methods are included, based on their experience in the quality system certification process of the ISO 9001: 2015 standards and their own methodologies, which will be put to the consideration of those present to evaluate their effectiveness.
This event can be a way to attract modern solutions and research, learn about what has been developed by scientific institutions and other economic actors, as well as add knowledge to fully exploit their export potential in correspondence
with technological capabilities.
