Citing matters of “reciprocity”, the US Embassy in Havana announced Friday that starting March 18, the United States will reduce B2 (tourism) visas for Cubans from five years with multiple entries to three months with a single entry.

 

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez has reiterated today that the US Government is seeking pretexts to increase confrontation and intensify the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed on the island for almost six decades.

 

The United States persists in using the term attacks to refer to the alleged health incidents reported by U.S. diplomats in Havana, even though science does not support such accusations, the Cuban government reiterated this Thursday.

 

Anti-Cuban senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Bob Menendez (D-NJ) has introduced legislation seeking to ban official recognition or trademark rights of Cuban brands in the United States.
