Holguín is preparing for the 12th National Scientific Conference “Science, Technology, and Innovation for the Sustainable Development of Tourism,” which will take place from September 25 to 27, 2025, in this eastern Cuban city.
This annual event, organized by the Tourism Training Center Formatur, brings together specialists, professors, students, and researchers from the tourism sector to foster the exchange of experiences and reflect on best practices in tourism management, highlighting the role of science and technology in sustainable tourism development.
The conference will feature four thematic commissions: hotel management, innovation in tourism processes, training and education, and the relationship between culture, tourism, and heritage.
The call for papers is open until July 15, 2025, inviting all interested parties to participate in this space for dialogue and learning.
