The University of Holguín opened its doors for the restart of teaching activities corresponding to the 2024 academic year, which concludes on September 27.
This September 2, more than 143 thousand students returned to the classrooms in the northeastern province of Holguín, as the new 2024-2025 school year began here in the 1,330 educational institutions of this territory, the one with the largest school network in Cuba.
The seminar “Vietnam-Cuba: Socialist Press in Transformation,” will take place September 5th at the building hosting the Cuban Journalists’ Association, in downtown Havana.
Specialists in the province of Holguín carry out a scientific project with the aim to promote agroecological practices, as part of the Tarea Vida (Life Task) State’s plan to confront climate change.
