The areas affected in 2023 by the large-scale fire in Pinares de Mayari, in the Cuban eastern province of Holguín, are already showing signs of recovery, after an evaluation carried out by specialists of the Center for Research and Environmental Services of this territory.
Just hours before the end of 2024, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Manuel Marrero Cruz, returned to the municipality of Gibara, a territory that he represents in the National Assembly of People's Power, in his capacity as deputy, and with which he has maintained a close relationship throughout the year.
Under the principle of advancing in the development of the territory and consolidating the results achieved during this year, the people of Holguín celebrated this Thursday the provincial event for the 66th anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution, in the municipality of Rafael Freyre, headquarters of the central activities for the commemoration.
The municipal event for the 66th anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution, which will be celebrated on January 1, took place this Wednesday in the popular council of El Purial in Holguín province.
